This little toy was originally designed as an experiment with creating arc reactors that lit up on hover using CSS, to explore CSS3. It was themed after Iron Man 2. However, it was never released...until now. CSS standards have been updated to 2021 standards. However, that means that support for Internet Explorer was dropped.
