Description

This crude template for a Veskinsaya Resort park information center tool for call center workers to interact with callers was designed in 2012, as a baseline for professional development of reverse-engineered QPAs that could then be utilized by any company for its call centers.

The QPA has but one main purpose to exist: to keep call center workers' thoughts organized while handling calls. By downloading this tool, you can reverse-engineer its code to create a QPA that will work with your own call center.

Fun fact: A US government office had an early version of the QPA running in one of its call centers from June until August of 2011, also courtesty of Dozerfleet Labs. While that version has long since been discontinued, there is nothing stopping private businesses from having their own QPAs.
