This maniac, immune to the cold, loved nothing more than to terrorize any family close to the Sundues which would dare to join the Order of the Oraphim. Izzy had to deal with him quite a bit, as did two previous Anarteqs. However, none could ever truly defeat him - until a day in 2013 in Greenland, in which a young Izzy, separated from the rest of his friends, rescued an Icy Finger-created Ijiraq named Jerry - who had been left for dead by the other evil Ijiraqs loyal to Rappaccini.
Jerry was later discovered by Adolphus Kraus - who was by then operating as Krampus. Krampus needed to secure the northern polar region for himself, to maintain his empire - and make sure he could adhere to the Rules of Krampusdom, lest KrampKarma turn against him, and he be overthrown. To do this, he had to ensure that he only targeted the innocent when his appetite demanded it most - and fed off eating only especially rotten souls otherwise. Thus, his twisted morality gave him a glimmer of justification to exist.
Krampus already had Luca the Snowmobster on his side. But when the Ijiraq known as Jerry had only two options of where to turn - the well-meaning Order of the Oraphim or the mostly self-serving monster Krampus, Jerry chose Krampus. Thus, Jerry became known as "Jerry the Psycho Reindeer" under Krampus' tutelage. With help from the Tomte, the Horrorday Gang was truly born.
Jerry first avenged the old benefactor that had been taking care of him and the other Ijiraqs, the "Santa who coughed up blood." He did this by finding all the other Ijiraqs that had betrayed him and "Santa," and with Krampus and Luca's help, slaughtered all of them. This resulted in Krampus and Rappaccini becoming enemies - a feud of evil vs. evil.
However, Mahaha persisted in threatening the Sundues. Jerry decided to do one final good deed, before working for Krampus full time. So he came to save the Sundues one fateful December in 2014: by slaughtering Mahaha, ending the monster's reign of terror.
As a consequence, the Order made a shaky truce with Krampus. He'd stay out of North Bay as well as Hawaii, and they wouldn't invade the North Pole to overthrow him either. Anything north of Fort Ross was off limits to the Order, and anything south of Memphis, TN, was off limits to Krampus.
