Much about the year remains uncertain for the future of the Labs division. There are 14 major parts to the Sims 4 section that have yet to be finalized. There are proposals for more Sims 3 mods. But with Dozerfleet Productions moving to another state in 2021, there is insufficient stability to specify release dates for future Labs division content anymore.
While 2020 was huge on emphasizing the Labs division, staying tune here for updates will be essential now. In 2021, the other divisions of Dozerfleet are getting their turn.
Thanks to the creation of the Oughties Big Rapids Living Stuff pack, Blood Over Water and Sorbet can now be made as webcomic. This will commense after all work is finalized on translating Purge-Flare: Stickin' It to Pencil into Russian and Korean.
The next Sims 4 packs to be released according to plan are the Centipede and Fire Saga tie-in packs and the Anarteq series packs. However, neither of these can move forward until their respective first parts near production.
Following all wrap-up on Purge-Flare, 3-13 editing needs to be finished. Penguin on Drugs may then be re-shot, along with webcomics being made of The Blue Face Film Strips, Volkonir 2008, and Volkonir Journals: Attempt #43. Finishing these will clear the path to Blood Over Water, with Sorbet possibly becoming a very short tie-in.
After completion of Blood Over Water, the next story to require finishing is Ciem / Anarteq: Kahoopiliana. Completion of this as well will clear the path for writing Ciem: Inferno. After that, Sniperbadger: Fall of the Critter Resistance and Anarteq: Guardian of the Soo writing can spring into drastic action. The goal is to finish these works by the end of 2021.
If successful, the novels can be pitched to publishers. Meanwhile, the sequels can commence writing. The year 2022 will be about writing Ciem: Ash Cloud, Anarteq: Tropic Mercenary, and Ciem: Caldera. In-between those projects, DzMD will likely finalize its inventory.
From there, the year 2023 will be about Volkonir Seasons 1 and 2, as well as Anarteq: Envoy to Lough Melvin. Season 1 of Camelorum Adventures can be squeezed into there too. The year 2024 will be about Volkonir: Rise of Semaphry, Camelorum season 3, Percolation Warriors, Path of the Ming-Cho, and Phaemer Village Peacekeepers.
If all these works are written, and most if not all published, before 2025, then work can begin on the Legends volume of The Gerosha Chronicles. The Horrorday Gang and the Cherinob saga will take top priority. After that, in 2026, the Gray Champion and Extirpon trilogies will be emphasized. In 2027, Pilltar and Navyrope will be emphasized. The entire Orient volume will be emphasized for 2028, and 2029 will be for Sodality and Swappernetters to be developed side-by-side.
In 2030, Swappernetters can be wrapped up. Remaining Sodality episodes can be written to wrap their books / seasons up. This means that by 2031, the Origins volume can start being written. This could take until 2035 to finish. But once finished, only Ciem Tomorrow remains, before the entire Megaverse has been covered.
While Dozerfleet Labs crafting isn't going away, freelance photography is covered under the Dozerfleet Studios banner. Work on that will mostly be under that banner, rather than here. In the midst of all of this happening, Dozerfleet Records looks to make itself somewhat relevant again, even if Literature and Comics hog most of the spotlight.
Predictions are that the entirety of Dozerfleet can become officially an estate by the year 2040. By 2043, the founder will be 60 years old - old enough to retire.
The next 20 years could make or break the brand's longevity.
