When is the ad coming out for Oughties Big Rapids Living?
The Sims 4: Oughties Big Rapids Living Stuff has been available for some time now. But it is set to feature a trailer on YouTube, to generate further interest. However, there are some issues:
- Staff planning a vacation.
- Footage of buildings needed in real life, to compare to Sims footage, to make the ad more credible that real locations are re-created.
- The Sodality: Adaptation Story Pack will take precedence. As will Imaki's bunker for Sodality: Instigation's story pack, after the release of Eco Lifestyle by EA.
All these concerns are holding up release of the trailer for OBRL. Along with that, comes the release of the other Sodality story packs, as well as those for all the rest of the Dozerfleet Megaverse. A new render of Camelorum Correctional will be needed as well, as the initial build featured on DeviantArt is a bit too unbelievable for the interior of a functional prison (i.e., no visitor room!) This is all just for The Sims 4. It is to say nothing of pending releases for Sims 2 and Sims 3 content!
Sims 2 content will no longer render properly, as the game won't load on Dozerfleet Main. As such, it will be difficult to test old content for that game on recent machines. Downloads will be provided as-they-are.
Sims 3 content can still be rendered properly on Dozerfleet Main. However, release of content for that game is not a priority.
Ciem: Inferno work, Anarteq: Guardian of the Soo work, the release of Purge-Flare: Stickin' It to Pencil, and work on the webcomic remake of Blood Over Water have all been delayed at Dozerfleet Comics, to make way for Dozerfleet Labs to get its content published first.
The reason for this delay, is because Dozerfleet Labs' content is more time-sensitive for release at the moment. Support for Sims games is waning at Dozerfleet Labs, so material must be released while that is still possible. Paralives support in the future is a lot of big IFs, at the moment.
Sodality: Adaptation and Sodality: Determination are of particular concern and emphasis for release, as these story packs are based on seasons of Sodality that are actually set in the year 2020 in the Earth-G7 timeline of The Gerosha Chronicles - which have been taken back for slight plot rewrites, due to how COVID-19 hysteria has affected the operations of the University of Houston in real life.
As such, Dozerfleet Labs has taken top priority for content publication in 2020, over and above even Dozerfleet Comics / Literature, and including above Dozerfleet Studios. This is also why the edits have been delayed for the release of the remake of 3-13. A pending remake of Volkonir 2008, of Volkonir Journals: Attempt #43, of the trailer to Volkonir 2008, and even a When Bikes Argue revamp have all been delayed. Clearing out the publishing house at Dozerfleet Labs has eclipsed all of this.

Return to 2019, in a world where the 2016 elections never happened! Where America is split in four, and the heroes that failed to save the nation must escape a quarter-nation-sized prison in order to unite, and gain a second chance.
The world is a much scarier place now. And the dreaded Hebbleskins have spread their malice far and wide. The southwestern US is becoming a police state, and the west coast has been taken over by China - which is itself dealing with a dangerous Hebbleskin aggression, while also dealing with civil unrest in Hong Kong! The Hebbleskins have conquered the northwest, and it's beginning to look like a war-torn apocalypse. The northeast and southeast? Like an ISIS version of a zombie apocalypse!
Fan favorites from the Centipede and Fire Saga return, along with some newcomers on the scene, to document the continued power struggle between good and evil for control of but one of many universes created by way of the Abdygalan Divergency.
In addition, some lots from around the ravaged Gerosha area are included. The spirit of Gerosha goes on strong. The Sodality of Gerosha is about to be born. The town of Gerosha...has fallen. Amidst a soul-crushing evil, a cadre of fallen heroes seek redemption - to finally purge the evil from their land and their own lives and souls once and for all. But one mistake in this treacherous new setup, could mean certain death!
Are you ready to subject your Sims to a much more terrifying existence, in a save file where these heroes and villains occupy the same living spaces? Have you ever wished to live out life in the Gerosha universe the way it is set up for use by Dozerfleet Comics to take concept art panels? Now, you can capture the first season of Sodality for your Sims' environment!
Note:
- This pack only covers characters, sets, etc., that are introduced in the greater Sodality series pack, as they appear for the greater Sodality timeline, as they arrived during the timeline of Instigation.
- Sodality versions of characters, once downloaded from this pack, may be repurposed for inclusion in save files that simulate elements present in later packs, such as the Adaptation Story Pack.
- Each new story pack released pertaining to Sodality, will introduce returning /redundant characters on a case-by-case basis, per their character evolution between seasons. But otherwise, the emphasis of Sodality-related packs after this Instigation-themed pack will be focused on that season's newcomers.

Sodality: Task Force Black Rat Pack for Sims 4, Out Now!

Dozerfleet Comics' Sodality characters from Team Black Rat, as well as other heroes associated with China, are now available for download for The Sims 4. This pack includes the ancient General Feng Shoo from Feud of Three Worlds. Shing "Black Rat" Xu is not only the leader in the Instigation and Adaptation seasons of Sodality over MSS Team Black Rat, charged with ridding China and the world of Hebbleskins; he is also the main protagonist of The Call Him...Black Rat.
Similarly, Mingmei "Stung Hornet" Cheng (Sodality, Little Shanghai Hornet) appears in this pack, along with Wen "Tin Dragon" Du, Chen "Teal Hog" Tang, Steve "Guan" McLaine, Huaji "Forked Tiger" Tie, and Zhe "Scratched Hen" Wuxiang.
Finally, Zize "Plum Bixie" Choi (Sodality, Swappernetters, Little Shanghai Hornet, The Tale of Plum Bixie) appears on the list. These oriental anti-heroes don't really care if their home country's government lives or dies; but they sure do have a problem with the Hebbleskins potentially taking over - and will resist that at any cost!
