In this dramatic prequel to Anarteq: Guardian of the Soo, you get to play as Isitoq "Anarteq" Sundue in the year 2014, solving mysteries across Greenland in order to thwart a vicious new adversary: Amarok!

Play out the adventure supplied in the comic, or craft your own adventures. You can also play as Jissika "Nemara" Sundue, Alex Luupin, Nanaouk Kunuk, Perchta, Amarok, or your own custom Greenlanders - who may be very curious as to why Canadian mermaids are suddenly saving them from a giant wolf! This pack is designed specifically to accompany Saaqartoq, a custom world built by Nixlis Designs.

Synopsis

It's March of 2014. Nanaouk Kunuk is receiving a shipment through an Order of the Oraphim connection of several mystical compasses, but is reluctant to let the Sundue cousins know the real purpose of these compasses just yet. A plaque of great significance also finds its way into the cargo, as Nanaouk prepares to have his goods shipped from the port in Nuuk to the Oraphim Mission Church at Nipissing 10. He has the Sundue cousins on patrol in Nuuk, to ensure that the Icy Finger doesn't cause any mischief.

As Isitoq is befriending locals, Jissika begins dating a local boy: Alex Luupin, who is staying with his uncle Yutu while his parents are attending a business meeting in Denmark. That's when the port comes under attack by a giant white wolf: Amarok! But who is the new Amarok, and what does he really want?

Soon, even Perchta of Nordreichdun gets dragged into the conflict, with her and the Sundue cousins eager to find out what the mystery of the plaque is that Amarok is so preoccupied with. They soon discover that it connects their current situation to a fateful battle between Miles "Oraphim" Wealthington and the Shrouded Entity, centuries ago! But where is the icy tomb of the Shrouded Entity? Can the Sundue cousins help Greenlandic authorities locate and secure this location, before Amarok can revive an ancient evil?

Meanwhile, Alex's health begins fading rapidly. Jissika begins to suspect that the Luupin family has some dark secrets, and must solve her own set of mysteries to save his life. Can she help Isitoq and Perchta defeat Amarok, and also save her boyfriend's life, before time runs out? All their lives, plus the Ice Sheet itself, are at stake!
